Accessibility
Last reviewed: September 28, 2026
ShopDesk LLC wants ShopDesk to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely recognized benchmark for accessible websites and web applications.
What we've done
- Form fields are labeled so screen readers announce what each field is for
- Error and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers when they appear
- Icon-only buttons (such as close and delete) have text names for assistive technology
- Keyboard focus is always visible, and dialogs can be closed with the Escape key
- Photos include text descriptions
- The app works with browser zoom and your device's own display and contrast settings — no special mode or toolbar is needed
Known limitations
ShopDesk has not yet had a full third-party accessibility audit, and some parts of the app may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We review accessibility as we build and fix issues as we find them.
